We're pleased we were able to fulfil this campaign on time in September, as planned.
Not Received Your Book?
If you've not received your book, or any tracking details by the end of September please get in touch with us to check on your order.
Backers in Europe, Australia, and Canada may need to wait for their parcels to clear customs. EN Publishing has paid for duties and taxes for your parcel. This may cause a wait between receiving your tracking email and receiving your parcel, but should be with you by the end of September.
There are 13 backers who've not given us their address on backerkit yet - so we've not been able to send your books. We've sent you weekly reminder emails since June and will continue to do so.

The box set includes a three-part adventure path which introduces the A5E rules to new players to learn as they go.
The game also has 66-page rulebook which summarised and highlights the changes from 5E in Level Up: Advanced 5E. This is a great rules reference to have at the table, or something to share with your players who'd find the core rulebooks a little overwhelming.

If you live in NorthAmerica then this update is for you!
Books have finally cleared US customs and are enroute to our US warehouse! Despite the long (3 week!) random check at customs we are still on schedule to fulfil rewards in September.
On Friday 1st September Quatermaster Logistics (QML) will send you an email to confirm your address.
If you need to update your address you can do this via that email from QML over the weekend (check your spam folders). The email will contain instructions on how to do this.
Rest of World Fulfilment
If you are in the UK, Europe or Australia, your order will come from Shipquest. You will receive your books in September - many of you have already received them early!

UK, Europe and Australia Address Verification

We are starting fulfilment from our UK warehouse! If you live in the UK, Europe or Australia then this update is for you.
Later today Shipquest will send you an email to confirm your address.
If you need to update your address you can do this via that email from ShipQuest (check your spam folders). The email will contain instructions on how to do this.
You will have until midnight BST on Thursday 10th August to update your address if needed.
North America & Rest of World
If you are not in the UK, Europe or Australia, your order will come from Quartermaster Logistics (QML). You will receive your books in September.
Books are currently on the boat from our European printers to the US. They are due to arrive at our US warehouse in a few weeks and we'll keep you updated when the reach the warehouse.
Before shipping, QML will send you an email confirmation to check your address. If you need to change your address you can do so via this email. We'll do an update to let you know when you will receive this email, we would estimate this to be end of August.

The books finished printing and are now making their way to warehouses this month.
We're confident we'll have your copies of To Save a Kingdom sent out to you by September 2023 as planned!
Fulfilment Plans by Region
UK & Europe
If you are in the UK or Europe, your books will be sent from Shipquest. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking email from them.
Books have just arrived at the UK warehouse, so we will be able to start sending out books in August. We'll keep you updated here when this will take place.
If your address needs updating for any reason, please contact us asap to [email protected] or via kickstarter private messages with your new address.
This is because we will need to manually update this for you, as we have already given your address to the warehouse. We’ll reply to confirm this has been done.
North America, Australia & Rest of World

Backerkit Closed and Printing Taking Place!

Printing
Book printing is in full swing in Europe, and we are on track to start shipping from the factory to our warehouses in July.
Once at the warehouse, we'll prep and pack your orders in August and aim to have them with you in September 2023!
Backerkit Emails
Backerkit will have sent you a direct email today giving you a last chance to update your address, and/or contact you with any billing details for add ons.
If you are ever unsure about an email being legitimately from Backerkit, we would advise you not to click any email links and instead log directly into yor backerkit account. https://to-save-a-kingdom.backerkit.com/
Accessing Your Backerkit Account
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond.
Be sure to check your spam folder - and that it is the same email address you use for your Kickstarter account.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
Change of Address
If you need to update your address after 19th June then please email us directly to [email protected] or via kickstarter private messages with your new address.
This is because we will need to manually update this for you ourselves. We’ll reply to confirm this has been done.
